Position Overview
Work in a fast-paced outdoor festival environment, selling beverage tickets to guests while ensuring compliance with Ontario's alcohol service regulations. You'll be responsible for managing high-volume sales periods, handling payments, and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures while providing excellent customer service.
Festival Culture & Approach
Our festival prides itself on creating a welcoming, joyful atmosphere where attendees feel valued and excited to be part of the experience. As a Beer Sales volunteer, you'll embody this spirit through warm, friendly interactions that enhance the festival experience. We believe the best festivals are remembered for how they made people feel, not just the entertainment.
Every interaction at our ticket booths creates a lasting impression. Whether explaining the ticket system to newcomers or sharing your enthusiasm for the event, these moments matter.
