Festival Culture & Approach
Our festival celebrates community, music, and fun in an environment where everyone should feel welcome and appreciated. As a Beer Server, you'll be a key ambassador of this positive culture, creating memorable interactions with every guest you serve. We encourage genuine smiles, friendly conversation, and a "how can I help?" mindset.
The beer service area is one of the most visited spots at our festival, making it perfect for showcasing our friendly, inclusive spirit. Even brief interactions leave lasting impressions, so we value volunteers who enjoy connecting with people.
